He emphasized that anyone seeking to lead the party must be committed to Mahama’s triumph, rather than pursuing personal ambitions.
Asiedu Nketia also reflected on past leadership speculations, criticizing media pundits for their “village lotto forecasting” and premature predictions about potential presidential candidates.
He credited his own intervention for halting these discussions, allowing the party to focus on rebuilding its structures.
