Abehenease In Ga West Gets New Family Head
The Agbeti Lanquaye Family of Ga West Municipality in the Greater Accra Region has installed Madam Diana Lamiokor Lamptey as its new family head.
Madam Diana Lamiokor Lamptey has now been given the full traditional authority to take charge of all family properties and see to the welfare of the family members.
At the ceremony to outdoor her over the weekend, the occasion brought together all family members both home and abroad to witness the installation and outdooring of their new family head.
Agbeti Lanquaye Family has been described by many as well endowed within the Municipality and has maintain its decency over the years.
Speaking shortly to this portal after her installation, Madam Diana stated that her top most priority is to unite all family members.
For her, unity is the strength of every family and called on all family members to come together as one people.
She said no family member would be left behind in getting his or her share of proceeds.
She revealed her readiness to deal with any person or group trying to encroach on their land and to deal with all litigation issues involving the family properties.
Madam Diana who is also a mother appealed to the youth to stay off trouble and venture into break businesses that will fetch them daily income instead of taken the short cut to riches.
