GIMPA Debarred NPP Constituency Chairman From Participating In Student Elections
The New Patrotic Party(NPP) Ayawaso Central constituency Chairman, Bismack Boateng, has been debarred by management of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration(GIMPA) from participating in future students elections either as an official or candidate.
The disgraced former Interim Management Committee Chairman of the Undergraduate Student Association was earlier dismissed after rigging the elections in August 2021.
A letter signed by the Deputy Rector of the Institute, Prof. Martin Morgan Tuuli who doubles as Chairman of the Student Affairs Committee said, “this letter is to serve as a warning to you for misconducting yourself during the aborted Undergraduate Student Association Elections held from the 27th to 29th August, 2021”.
Last year, Bismack Boateng was relieved of his position as Speaker of General Assembly by president of the Undergraduate Student Association which overwhelmingly majority of General Assembly members when he was involved in dubious deals and insubordination.
