2026 Hajj : Payment Platforms Open For Prospective Pilgrims

Pilgrims Affairs of Ghana has stated that preparations towards the 2026 hajj has started and payment platforms is now active for prospective applicants.
It has also confirmed payment of some agents and individuals to begin their preparation as early as possible.
This was contained in a press statement released on Thursday by the (PAOG) in Accra.
The statement also appealed to the agents and individuals to follow the laid down procedures when doing their payment.
The chairman of the Pilgrims Affairs of Ghana , Alhaji Abdul – Rauf Tanko expressed his profound gratitude to the general public and their partners.

The Pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana (PAOG) wishes to inform all stakeholders regarding the
payments of the new Hajj fare of 60,000ghc through its official bankers, GCB to help smoothing 2026 Hajj pilgrimage process in Ghana.
The PAOG can confirm that some individual groups, and accredited agents have started paying
their Hajj fares.
The accredited agents are respectfully reminded of the rules governing the payments process,
especially with their individual unique code numbers and other verifiable information.
Prospective pilgrims who have decided to pay their fares direct to the PAOG can also do the same with GCB through PAOG account number: 1681130001682 and expect to be guided on what to do and the pay-in slips required to be presented to PAOG secretariat for the official traveling process to begin.
The Chairman of Pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana, Alhaji Abdul-Rauf Tanko Ibrahim, expressed his profound gratitude to all those who have started payments.
To the accredited agents, he
reminds them of the trust he has reposed in them.
