Greater Accra Zongo Women Magajiyas Rally Behind Regional Leader

In a vibrant display of leadership, compassion and unity, the Greater Accra Regional Magajiya of the Zongo Women Caucus, Hajia Lami Ibrahim, has reaffirmed her unwavering commitment to uplifting women leaders within the Zongo communities. She held a powerful empowerment meeting with all 34 constituency Magajiyas in Accra, igniting a renewed sense of purpose, solidarity and hope among the grassroots leaders.
The event, held in a warm and convivial atmosphere, brought together Zongo Women Caucus Leaders from across the length and breadth of the Greater Accra Region.
These Magajiyas, known for their roles as mobilizers and influencers within their respective constituencies, gathered to receive guidance, motivation and support from their regional leader.
Hajia Lami Ibrahim, in her address, charged the Magajiyas to remain resolute in their callings and steadfast in their leadership roles. With deep empathy and strategic foresight, she delivered a series of motivational messages, urging the women not to lose sight of the bigger picture – a future where Zongo women play decisive roles in both community development and national discourse.
“You are not just leaders in name. You are the torchbearers of transformation within our Zongo communities,” Hajia Lami passionately declared.
“Stand firm and never underestimate your power to change lives, influence generations and shape policy”, she added.

Each leader was also given a token cash package to support their transportation and personal needs – a gesture that was warmly received and deeply appreciated.
