King Oyanka’s Free Book Distribution Attracts Hundreds
As part of his social intervention to ease the plight of his people, Nii Ayitey Anumle Oyanka, chief of Oblieman in the Ga West Municipality of the Greater Accra Region has distributed thousands of exercise books to pupils and students in his catchment areas.
The initiative forms part of his activities to help reduce the suffering of the parent under the hard economic conditions.
According to King Oyanka, this one of the number initiatives to be embarked on to help the people.
“Our concern now is to give better life to our future leaders and to help their guardians in a small to cater for them.
2023 has seen a massive increase in various educational institutions including hikes in goods and services.
These have compelled some families to rely on external assistance.
King Oyanka’s intervention has seen as timely and a step in a right direction.
