Gadangbe Chiefs Root For Nii Naate Atswele Agbo Nartey As Accra Mayor

Traditional leaders of the GaDaŋme state of the Greater Accra Region, have appealed to President Akufo Addo to appoint Venerable Nathaniel Nii Naate Atswele Agbo Nartey, as Mayor of Accra Metropolitan Aasembly (AMA).
The traditional leaders who are always regarded as partners in development, have noted Osɔfo Nii Naate Atswele Agbo Nartey was the best personality to help further the past achievement of his predecessors.
Nii Asere Boi VII.. Asere Mantse (Asere Kotopon) described Nii Naate Atswele Agbo as a visionary personality who always considers the interest of his people.
Speaking from meeting held by the chiefs, NII Lante Otanka II
LANTE DJAN WE MANTSE was optimistic that Nii Atswele Agbo was the best personality that can help addressed challenges that have confronted the Ga State for many years if appointed as the Accra Mayor.
“The current Greater Accra Regional Minister is extremely performing and it is our believed that Nii Naate Atswele Agbo, when appointed would augment their efforts of raising the good image of Accra” he noted.
Nii Amarkai III, also stated that Venerable Nathaniel Nii Naate Atswele Agbo Nartey , as a Man of God, his leadership would devoid of division to help developed the city.
Accoridng to him, Mr. Atswele whilst in the United States (US) has demonstrated to the people of the Gadangbe State of his total commitment when it comes to human empowerment and was optimistic he (Nii Naate Atswele Agbo) would continue with the gesture when appointed.
When approached after the pronouncement by the traditional authorities, Nii Naate Atswele Agbo Nartey Agbo, thanked the traditional leaders for the confidence reposited in him and assured of total development of Accra when appointed by President Akufo Addo. And praised the President for appointing Hon Henry Quartey.
He promised to partner the Greater Accra Regional Minsiter, Mr. Henry Quartey to achieved his developmental agenda for the Region when selected as the Accra Mayor.
Nii Naate Atswele Agbo Nartey further promised to join hands with the traditional authorities towards the total growth of Accra.
“Am also poised to exhibit hardworks to help compliment President Akufo Addo’s agenda of making Accra the Cleanest city in the whole of Africa” he disclosed.
He also called on Ghanaians to have support the current government in its quest of ensuring that total development of the country.
The Aspiring Accra MCE was optimistic the current government led by President Akufo Addo would ensure that massive developmental projects hit every corner of the country.
